The customer has these options available during a refund;
- Exchange returned product for another product in stock of same value.
- Receive store credit for next purchase.
- Payment refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
1. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 5 calendar days of your purchase. Returns and Refunds are made at the discretion of the store on a case by case basis.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
2. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Cash payments may be returned using Mobile money payment in situations where the customer is not available to collect refund from our store in cash. Cash or Mobile money refund payments may take up to 72hours to process.
3. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note also that we do not accept liability for mistakes made by customers on orders. An example of this is that, you should carefully select the exact product you wish to purchase and not choose to return a product without fault for another simply because you have a acquired a change in taste for the product.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over GHS 350, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
